We recently used Isaac Hull as a selling agent. He came highly recommended by some friends so we gave it a shot. The first meeting proved to be the right choice and in the later weeks, proved to be the only choice buyers or sellers should make. Here is why we rate Isaac with 5 stars. 

1. Isaac's knowledge of the Harrisonburg area, market and customer base proved to be very in depth, direct and accurate. Our house was photographed with over 50 professional images uploaded to the MLS. We were priced right for our community. Marketed with advertisements and mail circulations. The communication between sellers and agents were frequent, informative and gave us the knowledge to make great decisions. 

2. Within 21 days of our house being listed (expecting the community average of 54 days) we were under contract with multiple bids. 

3. During our inspection process we identified a few areas that needed to be addressed. Due to the Buyers Agents poor timeline and Management, we were under the gun for completing the work in time for closing. Because of Isaac's construction background and historical work with contractors we had an immediate response (one was the same day service) to address these issues. Talk about stress relief... as we called around, we were getting appointments well outside the closing period. With Isaac's help... we closed on time and all items were complete. 

We know that buying and selling are very stressful times. We would not have survived without Isaac Hull's knowledge of the market, connections within the community for services and contractors. Having an Agent that knows how the work should be done, have it done right and keep the contract moving to a close is priceless!

As first time home buyers, Isaac was exactly what we needed. He was always a phone call away and gave us so much insight on the process every step of the way. It was a huge plus that he also knew about construction and could help us estimate things we would need to fix, or that might be too much trouble to replace, in terms of picking a house that needed some work. He was very easygoing, knowledgeable of the state and the process, and he got things done in a timely manner. 

He even went out of his way coming back from a family trip to tour a house we previously saw without him so he could give us his opinion on the things we were concerned with. This ultimately helped us make our decision, though we loved the house and location, that it wasn't the place for us. I think we ended up in the perfect location after that, so we really appreciate that he was able to provide us with his insights there. We always felt our best interest was in mind, and we really appreciated everything he did for us.
